White Soy Sauce Shiro Shoyu 360ml

Try something a little different on your Japanese cooking, with this regional speciality - Hon Murasaki's white soy sauce or Shiro Shoyu. Made from 90% steamed wheat and 10% soy beans, it has a milder and subtler flavour than regular soy sauce. It’s also ideal for adding flavour, but not colour to dishes, making white soy sauce perfect for kaiseki cooking.
Made in Hiroshima, this soy sauce is delicious with sushi and sashimi, as well as in all your favourite Japanese dishes. Hon Murasaki, founded in 1890 by Mr NAKATOMI Kametaro, has been specialised in the confection of white soysauce "shiro shoyu" for 3 generations. You can put it in your omelets, salty cakes, broth or other preparations with cream and egg but also use it in your salads dressings or with fish and meat.
