Seaweed Salad 40 g

A dried seaweed mix that turns into a crisp salad in five minutes: soak, squeeze out the water, add the dressing from the pouch.

The mix combines five kinds of seaweed, including wakame, kombu and red algae, for a mix of textures from soft leaves to a light, crunchy bite. The dressing is a sweet-savory soy dressing with sesame oil and a touch of mandarin and lemon juice.

One bag serves three to four. Toss it with tomato and lettuce, or pile it onto cold noodles, poached pork or fish.
