Saibashi Cooking Chopsticks XL
Called saibashi in Japanese, these unique cooking chopsticks are typically made of wood significantly longer- this is the XL version with 39cm or 45cm in length.
How to use them? You can use them in many situations: You don't need your spatula and your spoon to cook anymore, with these you can be even more precise - you can really pinpoint what you want to handle. Saibashi can be used to toss a stir-fry just as well, if not better than a spatula. Use the chopsticks to flip the protein and vegetables and to mix all of the ingredients together, stirr your soup and add ingredients.
They’re a great plating tool as well and you can use them to move individual components within the plate so that you can present a stir-fry that’s worthy of a restaurant, instead of one that’s just been scooped onto the dish.
