How to use:

• Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions; while still warm, season it with the rice vinegar, sugar and salt (10:5:1 parts) and allow it to cool.
• Place a nori sheet on the rolling mat, spread the rice over it, and top with vegetables, fish, or tofu as desired.
