Kagura Clear Junmai Muroka Genshu is a low-alcohol sake, pasteurised only once in the bottle to preserve freshness. On the nose, it appears fresh and fruity, with notes of fresh fennel and a light touch of black pepper that adds complexity. As it oxygenates, delicate floral and exotic fruit notes appear. In the mouth, it is sweet, with a subtle effervescence, providing a very fresh and juicy overall impression, accompanied by a subtle note of rice. The mid-palate maintains sweetness, while the finish remains delicate, with nuances of peach and melon. A real fruit basket in each glass. Produced from rice Iwa, it is an elegant and very balanced sake.
