This artisanal yuzu jam from Kōchi prefecture is completely natural. The palate is generous, fresh, with a light bitterness. The yuzu fruit dominates this delicate jam and the sugar remains discreet. The texture is slightly crumbly and gives a perfect bite with a thick slice of bread.
