This bamboo-made Matcha whisk (chasen in Japanese) is an almost indispensable tool for properly stirring Matcha into water and whisking it properly. The Matcha powder is distributed excellently by whipping with the bamboo whisk, there are no lumps in the drink and the broom produces a fine foam on the surface.
