Salted cherry blossoms are often used in Japan to make mochi, cakes, onigiri or even chirashi sushi to give your dishes a seasonal touch, i.e. for Sakura season. But also as a decoration of dishes on special occasions like birthdays or other celebrations.
Brewed with hot water, they can be enjoyed as a slightly salty tea. Since the flowers are very salty, you should ´desaline´ them with warm water. Also by doing this, the cherry buds also turn into small flowers, which look beautiful. A touch of `Hanami`, also in your home! This product does not contain any preservatives or colorings, it is pure and natural, of course.
