Sapporo Wine Delaware 2022 750ml

Light and elegant Japanese wine made from Delaware grapes, a variety originally bred in the USA and now widely cultivated in Japan. After careful skin contact, it offers a delicate aroma of lemon and jasmine, starting slightly sweet on the nose and finishing dry on the palate.

Perfectly suited to Japanese cuisine, especially white fish sashimi with ponzu, but also delicious with ratatouille, raw tomatoes, or grilled peppers. Serve slightly chilled to fully enjoy its subtle flavors.
