Very easy to use kombu dashi for every day use. Preparation of udon noodles: Mix 8g (approx. 2 tsp) “Dashi No Moto” with 1000ml hot water and then just share into 4 portions. Also preparation of miso soup can be easy like this: Just mix 2g (1/2tsp) “Dashi No Moto” with 600ml hot water and divide into 4 portions, ready to go!
