Tenjo Mirin Kokoro Rice Wine 500ml

Crafted by Toshimaya Sake, a long-established brewery in Tokyo, this authentic Hon Mirin is made purely from mochi rice, rice malt, and alcohol, without any added sugar. Unlike mirin-style seasonings, its naturally derived sweetness and elegant depth enhance a variety of dishes, from simmered foods to glazes and marinades. Beyond cooking, this premium mirin is also delicious as a drink—enjoy it straight, on the rocks, or with a splash of ginger or lemon for a refined and aromatic experience.
Toshimaya was founded in 1596 as a sake shop in Tokyo and was the first of its kind in Edo, formerly Tokyo. Later, Toshimaya began brewing sake itself, and to this day, the award-winning rice wine is offered to the Shinto gods at Meiji Jingu, the imperial shrine.
