Sakura Vinegar 100ml
Sakura - the Japanese cherry blossom is often used for traditional sweets. For this purpose, the blossoms and leaves of the Japanese cherry tree are pickled in salt and a slightly sweet aroma with a lovely scent is created. At the same time, you can also taste tart notes, an exciting range of flavors that is still very new for us in Germany. Here the sakura blossoms were left to mature in rice-plum vinegar and the fine acidity perfectly harmonises with the bouquet.
The Kobai manufactory in the Shimane province actually brews traditional shoyu and with this product has created a homage to the cherry blossoms in its hometown, which is one of the selected 100 most beautiful sakura places in Japan. And it is with these that this fantastic product was made.
