Organic Samurai Matcha 30g
This premium organic “Samurai Matcha” from Senchasou is a finely milled green tea made exclusively from carefully selected, organically grown tea leaves from Japan. The leaves are shaded before harvest to boost chlorophyll and amino acids, then gently steamed, dried and stone-ground into an intensely green, velvety powder with a deep umami body, subtle sweetness and elegant bitterness. Senchasou is a Japanese tea producer specializing in high-quality, organically certified teas, combining traditional tea-cultivation techniques with modern quality control. The tea gardens are managed without synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilizers, and only the most suitable leaves are hand-selected and processed in small batches to preserve aroma and nutrients. How to use:
(1) Sift the matcha powder into a small bowl to get rid of any lumps.
(2) Boil water, let it sit for 1 minute and pour in 60ml.
(3) Use a matcha whisk or a small regular whisk and whisk from side to side until the matcha is fully dispersed and there is foam on top of the bowl.
(4) Add another 175ml of the boiled water or steamed milk and whisk again until foamy. Sweeten to taste, if desired.
