MYCONBINI Signature Dashi Fish Broth 525ml
We are producing our own organic Dashi ground stock here in Germany to maintain a high quality broth with BIO-certified ingredients under sustainability aspects. The taste is so deep and flavourful, you just want to drink it out of the bottle. Use it for your favourite Japanese dishes or simply make a little soup out of it - your creativity is endless with this convenience staple.
The bottle contains two portions of ground stock which you just have to heat up and let cook for 5 minutes. Then you simply add some tofu, seaweed or miso to make your own homemade miso soup or use it as a ground stock to make a fish or ramen (noodle) soup. Never run out of high quality dashi anymore with our bottled Signature Dashi.
