This salt is made according to a very old, traditional method on the small island of Amacho (population: 2000 inhabitants) in Shimane Province. The salt is crafted by hand and has a super umami taste. The production of the salt lasts almost 2 months and a specific attention to detail is necessary. In addition, there is also some citrus-fruity Sansho used, of course, as you can imagine, of the very best superior quality. It's just these two ingredients that make this product outstanding, although you probably think there's a complete spices mix used in this natural furikake, if the taste is on your tongue unfolded.
