Satonoyuki's shiki (silken) tofu is a wonderfully smooth tofu is made in Japan from the best quality soy beans and the mineral water taken from the aquifers of Mount Fuji. It is packed in a tetra pak to keep this silken tofu tasting as fresh as possible, so you can easily store it for many months without cooling it.
