Because of its high mineral content, this kombu cha is also popular as a health tea in Japan, but you can also often use it as a quick dashi substitute, since you
you can simply pour boiled water over it. Konbu Cha is very popular in the Kansai area of Osaka, where people cook a lot with kombu cha.
This Konbu-Cha comes from the traditional company Fujishokukin, a manufactory specializing in kombu products. The Kombu Cha is their signature product!
Use this unique product as a special tea, make some dashi, or even as a seasoning for tsukemono pickles, egg dishes and other umami situations!

- How to use: Pour one tsp of Kombu cha in a cup and use 200ml water with 60 °C and let sit for 2min.
