Kurashi No Dashi Concentrate Vegan
We have searched for a long time to find this Dashi concentrate that is not only vegan and without preservatives, but the taste is just so good! You can experience a deep taste without compromise, not only for vegans.
This Dashi stock is specially produced in Japan by Fueki-Shoyu for a vegan retailers in Japan. A vegan dashi made from pure kombu (no extract) and dried shiitake (no extract), refined with the Shoyu from Fueki, which has been matured in wooden barrels (approx. 1.5 years). Try it pure on tofu or grilled vegetables. You can dilute 6 to 7 times for dashi soups, especially for udon or soba noodle tsuyu. As a dip we recommend to dilute it to 2 to 3 times.
