BIO Gochujang 200g
Gochujang is a fermented, sweet and spicy chili paste from Korean cuisine. It is used as a versatile seasoning and, in addition to its strong aroma, is characterized by its red color and sticky texture.
This special BIO version of Berlin producer mimi fermens is made with organic Gochu chili peppers that are specially produced are grown only for them in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania by a Demeter nursery. By adding their own Amazake and miso, the mimi Gochujang has a sweet and savory note in addition to the aromatic chili spiciness.
Gochujang is suitable for seasoning soups and broths, for sharpening and marinating various stir-fries, but also raw vegetables and for making delicious kimchi, of course.
