Ready-to-use Japanese broth made from bonito flakes, free from additives. Dashi is a key ingredient in miso soups and noodle soups. Comes in a pack of 6, with each packet weighing 4g.
Instructions: One packet of dashi is enough to make around 300ml of basic broth for noodle soups or approximately 500-600ml (3-4 cups) of miso soup.
