For all Ume Boshi fans who like it spicy this Ume Chilli Piri Salsa with lots of garlic is a must try! A regional top product, where all the ingredients come from the Shimane province: umeboshi, garlic and of course the chilli. This delicate salsa has a sour-salty-spicy kick with an unique garlic aroma. Ideal for hot summers and goes well with raw vegetables, BBQ, or mixed with mayo for a seafood salad!
Kobai Shoyu in Shimane Province is a small brewery miot more than 150 years of history, who, in addition to shoyu, also creates delicious ingredients, e.g. Sakura vinegar and many more creative umami products.
