Itsuki Green Tea Matcha Soba 450g

Luxurious soba noodles made from buckwheat flour, wheat flour and matcha powder with a really good bite, delicious nutty taste and the accompanying wonderful tea aroma.

Cha soba noodles are fantastic to use in summer's cold dishes,  Hiyashi Men. Try them together with a salad and fresh crunchy vegetables, in the cold ramen Hiyashi Chuka or completely classically served on a woven bamboo platter, Zaru Soba .

The noodles can of course also be enjoyed warm or together with a hot dipping sauce such as Tsukemen .
