Hikari Yuzu Fruit Spread 260g

This Yuzu Fruit Spread is made with only Japanese organic yuzu citruses and overseas organic grape juice, it contains no additional cane sugar or sweetener. Also as it is JAS-certified (Japanese organic product association), it contains no artificial flavorings, acidulants, pectin and other thickening agents.

This premium product uses yuzu citrus peel, so it has a slightly bitter flavor. The fruit spread has been made a low-sugar spread to draw on all the mild sweetness of the organic fruit.

How to use:

• use as ingredient to make sweets
• spread it on bread or cheese like jam
• pour it as a topping for yogurt and desserts
• mix it with water and set it with agar or gelatin to make a special fruit jelly
• mix it with hot water to make yuzu citrus tea
• mix it with miso to make yuzu citrus miso
