This Premium Garlic Shoyu Soy Sauce from Shizen Okoku is a very intense shoyu matured for 2 years in a wooden barrel and has a strong garlic flavour. Finely seasoned with a little mirin, this mixture is a must-have for all garlic lovers!
Shizen Okoku Garlic Shoyu is an all-rounder sauce for BBQ fans, but also for vegans to enhance their dishes with the little extra kick. 

Shizen Okoku (translated as Kingdom of Nature) is now in its 2nd generation, it is a small factory in Nagano, which has been producing honest sauces and dressings without artificial flavours and preservatives for over 40 years now using only the best basic ingredients. To this day, it is one of the few manufacturers in Japan with this clean and clear concept!
