Yuzu Ume Furikake Blend 100g

This Umami blend furikake is a completely natural umami powder concentrate (very rare  on the market) made from dried barley and soy miso, fragrant yuzu, funky ume and salt. It took this manufacturer five long years to finalize this powder seasonning, a true umami concentrate.

It is guaranteed to be free of coloring agents, flavor enhancers, preservatives and chemicals. This Umami spice blend is rich in glutamic acid and inosinic acid, and brings out the flavors of creamy sauces, raw vegetables (tomato, cucumber), grilled meats and broths. Miyazaki yuzu and ume plum have been added to spice up and flavor this blend with its very fresh, acidic notes.
