This elegant dashi uses Japan's premium production Ago (flying fish) that was carefully baked over charcoal, and created Dashi of high quality, elegance and flavour. It is a versatile Dashi powder for all kinds of cooking, for miso soup, and of course dashi soup for noodles. The speciality about flying fish is, it has less fat and fish-like scent, which makes a light taste with rich umami flavour.
