Gute Basis mit umfangreichen Rezepten

Das Buch ist sehr umfangreich und bietet einen sehr guten Einstieg in die japanische Küche. Viele Rezepte um sich auszuprobieren, die man auch gut abändern kann. Fast alle genannten Zutaten bekommt man mittlerweile recht gut. Die wenigen Ausnahmen kann man problemlos durch andere austauschen (z. B. bestimmte Pilzarten). Neueinsteiger aber auch "alte Hasen" werden an diesem Buch ihre Freude finden.
