This Kombu and soy sauce furikake is very fresh, fruity and rich in umami from the glutamic acid contained in the the kombu kelp. Those Kombu seaweeds were candied as tsukudani and dehydrated. Also the used soy sauce is dehydrated and then pulverized.

This shoyu and kombu mixture is an everyday seasoning in Japan and you can use it on rice, noodles, potatoes, meat, fish, eggs - just on everything! All your salty, cold or hot dishes will explode tastewise and besides you can also try to season your savory pastries or puff pastry with this super funky furikake.
