Bring bulk and texture to your cooking without the calories using Sato's Ito Konnyaku noodles also called shirataki noodles. Made from the konjac yam plant, this konnyaku is excellent at absorbing surrounding flavours and has a chewy texture ideal for soup and noodle dishes.
Sato Ito Konnyaku Noodles contains 97% water and maintains the water when it passes through the intestine, so they are easy to digest and gives a feeling of being full.
How to use: In the packaging, water surrounds the noodles. Drain the water and sprinkle 1 tsp salt over and rub the noodle with your hands, then leave it for about 5 minutes. Boil water in a large saucepan or a pot, add the noodle and cook for a few minutes.
