Hakutsuru Superiour Sake Junmai Ginjo 300ml

Using only the finest rice, and Nada's famed natural spring water "Miyamizu", Hakutsuru's Junmai Ginjo has been brewed with meticulous care and traditional methods. This flowery fragrant Sake with silky, well-balanced smoothness can be enjoyed chilled or at room temperature and matches dishes with a slightly salty taste or a slightly soy taste.
The brewery of Hakutsuru is located in the Nada district of Kobe, one of the three leading sake regions in Japan. The Nada district offers high quality natural spring water that is high in minerals and makes a very good sake brewing ingredient. The northern region of Kobe has a very long history of rice production, one of the reasons why the sake in Kobe is a popular product. Most of the best sake rice is cultivated here, but Hakutsuru has even developed its own sake rice, called Hakutsuru-Nishiki. This rice type is the first successful crossbreed of Yamadaho and Wataribune rice in 70 years and now makes the base for this amazing sake.
