Takoyaki Iron Pan
Cook delicious takoyaki with this iron pan. Perfect for traditional Japanese festival food, this pan makes hot, tasty octopus balls a breeze to make. Enjoy a piece of Japanese culture with every meal.
Ingredients for about 40 pieces could be: Batter (flour 180g, 2 eggs, 600ml water), octopus, green onion, red pickled ginger, takoyaki sauce, kewpie mayonnaise, katsuobushi flakes.
Cooking instructions: 1. Heat takoyaki plate at low heat, then put oil into each hole. 2. Fill holes half with batter. 3. Put your favorite toppings and top up the holes with batter again. 4. Cut the surrounding dough with skewer and poke outside of the ball and flip over. Keep rotation the balls until golden brown. 5. Take the takoyaki balls out and season with takoyaki sauce, kewpie mayonnaise, red ginger, spring onions and katsuobushi flakes.
