Shio Kombu Seaweed Flakes 45g

Shio Kombu is carefully dried and finely minced kombu seaweed and after it is being cooked in soy sauce, with salt, sugar, and mirin, those wonderful tasty strips of Shio Kombu were cut in flakes, so they are easy to use as a topping or ingredient.
In Japan, it is a delicacy frequently offered during the different seasons of the year and now you can also try this special taste and combine it with your favourite dishes. Shio kombu flavors and aromas are intensely sweet with an iodized marine note, which is very concentrated, so this little flakes are very addictive once you are familiar with.
