This bag of furikake contains a typical Japanese spice mixture that can be sprinkled on rice, salads, meat, eggs, soups, cooked or raw vegetables and is also made without any additives or artificial flavours. You get some acidity from the ume, the nutiness from sesame and the saltiness from shoyu - altogether brings you in umami heaven.
