Bergamotte Koji Cha BIO 100g
Luxurious fragrance blend of fermented and roasted rice, refined with bergamot, rangpur and green Royal Al-Hojari incense, which develop a pleasantly light, ethereal scent. This Bergamotte Koji Cha is made from Rice (Po Valley), Bergamot (Sicily), Rangpur Lime (Sicily), Boswellia Sacra (Oman) and of course, A. oryzae (Koji).
How it this supreme tea done? For creating this intense Koji Cha, Koji rice is fermented, dried and roasted in Swiss pine boxes for over 44 hours and then refined with precious bergamot peel, Ranpur lemon and powdered incense. The result is a slightly sweet, caramel-like infusion with lemony notes and a pleasant, ethereal scent. Add hot water to about one tablespoon per cup. Leave for at least 5 minutes.
