Uruwashiki Furusato Legend Awamori 720ml

Uruwashiki Furusato means "hometown beauty" and this Uruwashiki Furusato Legend is an Awamori that is carefully produced using traditional techniques and atmospheric distillation and then matured in steel tanks for over three years (Kusu Awamori). This ensures a very round taste with a uniquely mild aroma. Awamori is Okinawa's traditional spirit and has a history of over 600 years. It is always made from (Thai) rice and black koji. 

The Uruwashiki Furusato Legend Awamori is made by Nakijin Shuzo. Nakijin Shuzo is one of the few Awamori distilleries to choose its corporate name after the city where the distillery is located. The Nakijin area is blessed with particularly high-quality water.  This Awamori consists of 60% matured (Kusu) and 40% freshly distilled Awamori and is blended.
