
Yuzu Namasu Vinegar 150ml

This Yuzu Namasu from Iio Jozo brewery is a top notch premium vinegar with the fruity aroma of yuzu, just irresistable! With its very low acidity and that special citrus punch it can be used to enlighten any dish.
Iio Jozo is a brewery in Kyoto founded in 1893 and they brew sake from pesticide-free rice cultivated in the native Tango District, Kyoto, which is then used to make this excellent vinegar.
Try this: simply salt cucumber, radish, persimmon and carrots a little and leave them to rest. If necessary, squeeze out the water slightly. Then add the yuzu vinegar and you have just made some simple pickles that can be kept in the fridge.
