Suntory Special Reserve Whisky 700ml

This Suntory Special Reserve Whisky is super rare to find outside of Japan, back in the days it was launched in 1969 to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the company. The Special Reserve line became a synonym for Japanese whisky quality under the Suntory brand and convinces even the hardest critics with its mildness and balance.

The Suntory makers are pioneers of the whisky-nation japan and became world-famous with their classics such as Yamazaki or Hibiki. The Suntory Special Reserve Whisky offers a wonderful introduction to this world and will leave you satisfied. A noble blend with an excellent complexity which reminds you to Scotch whiskies. 

Hints of fruits such as bananas, cooked apples and pears will appear. The finish of the Special Reserve is pleasantly spicy and fruity. It is matured in American oak casks and  the main component for this blend is Hakushu.

• Aroma: fruity, peach, banana, vanilla and a hint of oak
• Taste: a bit spicy, nuts and cooked apples.
• Finish: Medium long and pleasant with nuts and vanilla
