Moromi Barley Miso 150g

Moromi miso is a thick rustic country style miso with added barley. It has a different texture that usual miso and is a perfect condiment. 

Horaiya's moromi miso contains no GMOs, no chemical condiments or preservatives and can be even used as a bread spread. Unlike other misos, it is not a cooking ingredient, but used as a garnish to add umami and texture.
