
Japanese Curry Roux Vegan Glutenfree 150g

This curry roux is made from only the finest basic ingredients and is made without any preservatives. A purely natural product, as from Shizen no Aji Cooperative. Instead of wheat flour, this curry roux uses flour from unpeeled rice which is used as starch
deployed. This means that the product is not only vegan, but also gluten-free!
The regular spicy curry mix comes with the subtle sweetness of pineapple, mango and papaya rounded. The spice level is very moderate, so it's suitable for everybody but of course, you can pimp it yourself with a little extra sharpness!
