This Koji Sakura Cherry Blossoms Jam has an understated natural sweetness,
that it is made with grape juice instead of sugar. There are also cherry blossoms and the salted leaves of the cherry tree leaves. Both are classic ingredients for Wagashi - Japanese sweets and give an extraordinary mix which you can't compare to anything else.
Now in its 2nd generation, Shizen Okoku (translated as Kingdom of Nature) is a small factory in Nagano that has been making honest sauces and dressings with no artificial flavors or preservatives - for over 40 years and only using the finest basic ingredients. To this day, they stay one of the few manufacturers in Japan with this clear and clean concept!
